Company relocates its North American
Headquarters to New York’s Financial District
NEW YORK, NY – June 4, 2004 – GM Merchant Solutions, Inc.
(“GMS”), a registered ISO/MSP of JP Morgan Chase Bank, today
announces that it has completed the relocation of its North
American Headquarters to an expanded facility located in the
heart of New York City’s Financial District.
GMS will now locate its North American Headquarters in a
state-of-the-art facility located at 14 Wall Street, Suite 1620,
New York, NY, 10005. The new North American Headquarters, a
“Class A” location, is situated in proximity to the New York
Stock Exchange, which strategically places GMS at the epicenter
of global financial activity. The facility will enable GMS to
execute on its growth strategy by enabling GMS to expand its
operations through acquisition and organic growth. It also
offers state of the art training and conference rooms and
increased security.
