International Credit Card Team Up to Recruit New Merchants in
the New York City Metropolitan Area
NEW YORK, New York, September 16, 2004 – Acies, Inc. a wholly
owned subsidiary of Atlantic Synergy, Inc. (OTCBB: ASGY) today
announces that it has executed an agreement with a Japanese
credit card company JCB International Credit Card Co., Ltd. (“JCB”).
Under the terms of the agreement Acies will directly recruit New
York City metropolitan area merchants to accept the JCB credit
card, and Acies’ independent sales agents can now offer their
customers the ability to accept and process the JCB credit card.

and offering the additional products and services to Acies’

the largest credit card issuer and acquirer in Japan. We believe
that this new agreement will create an opportunity for Acies to
realize additional revenue resulting from merchants accepting
and processing the JCB credit card.
