Completes Name Change and Announces New Ticker Symbols
NEW YORK, New York, November 17, 2004 – Atlantic Synergy, Inc. (OTCBB:ASGY)
announced today that it has formally changed its name to Acies
Corporation (“Company”). The Company’s ticker symbol will change
to ACIE, which will become effective November 18, 2004.
The Company’s new name reflects a shift in business focus. This
shift in business focus was announced on 07/02/04. The Company
now provides payment processing and online banking services to
small, medium and large size merchants across the United States.
Acies' payment processing services enable merchants to process
Credit, Debit, Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT), Check
Conversion and Gift & Loyalty transactions. Acies' also offers
traditional and next generation point-of-sale (“POS”) terminals,
which enable merchants to utilize Acies' payment processing
services. Acies' banking services offer customers traditional
banking services, ability for customers to apply for an on-line
bank account and pay bills electronically.
