Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Transfer

Consumer check writing behavior continues to trend downward as new forms of personal payment become available. ATM and debit cards are experiencing continual growth. Why not create additional convenience for your customers by allowing them to complete Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) when writing check or using a debit card is not appropriate?

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Our EFT service may be just the cash management solution you have been looking for.

The electronic funds transfer Program is an Internet-based system that enables you to electronically originate financial transactions from your own office. This system can be used for any type of pre-authorized transaction (either withdrawals or deposits), or funds concentration from multiple locations. Many businesses just like yours are benefiting from the convenience, accuracy and reduced operation and administrative costs that EFT provides.

Acies ACH processing service makes handling purchases easy and quick by:

Eliminating the check-writing process in the check-out lane.

Eliminating the paper check from the accounting and settlement process.

Saves Time, Saves Money

The ACH program offers a variety of benefits to you and your customers:

Provides customers with fast and convenient checkout once the customer registers to participate.

Increases customer loyalty by providing consumers the convenience of paying electronically.

Provides easy clearing and settlement at the end of each business day.

Reduces risk and protects the retailer with a card authorization service that you control and set-up

Saves money by avoiding costly encoding fees - you no longer have to submit paper checks in your bank deposits.

How does ACH Work

The ACH allows retailers to debit a customer's checking account for purchases made at the point-of purchase. This electronic form of payment benefits both customers and retailers.

The customer registers for the service by providing a voided check containing the account MICR line and gives authorization to the retailer to debit the customer's checking account.

You verify the customer's signature and identification and then enter the customer information and checking account data into the authorization system.

When the customer uses the ACH Service, the purchase amount is submitted for authorization and capture and is approved based on the retailer's parameters and the customer's ACH Card activity.

From here, the process is completely electronic.
